About Me
Skye E Hudson
I am a Gestalt psychotherapist based in the Northern Rivers region of NSW Australia. I provide face to face and on-line sessions for adults, adolescents and kids.

I draw upon a variety of evidence based therapeutic modalities such as
~ Internal Family Systems
~ Expressive Therapies
~ Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
My approach is grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, polyvagal theory and mindfulness.
Using an integrative approach to therapy allows for each individuals unique needs and style.

Whether you are experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, CPTSD, trauma, life transitions, parenting issues or relational differences, I aim to support you and walk alongside you to deepen your awareness and connection for growth and transformation.

I am a mother to 6 children and bring my lived experience of parenting for 24 years, living through divorce and co-parenting. I consider parenting a transforming and sacred path.

I am a believer in the power of curiosity, creativity and compassion as an aide back to the innate wisdom and healer within.

‘Our work as therapists and healers is to see that, what Thomas Merton called the “secret beauty,” the capacity of a person to become the witness to the dance of their life and to trust that there is a well-being in them, a goodness in them, behind all the dramas that they identify with and get caught up with.’
