Hello & Welcome

I am a Gestalt psychotherapist based in the Northern Rivers region of NSW Australia. I specialise in the provision of quality counseling and psychotherapy for adults and adolescents through in-person and online services.

I draw upon a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as
~ Gestalt
~ Internal Family Systems
~ Expressive/Experiential Therapies

My approach is relational and grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, polyvagal theory & mindfulness.
Using an integrative approach to therapy allows for each individual's unique needs and style.

I am a mother to 6 children. I consider parenting a transformative & sacred path. I bring my lived experience of parenting for 24 years alongside my experience with Cptsd, depression & burnout.

"I saw Skye over a 6 month period and found her sessions to be very helpful. I always felt safe, heard and understood. The combination of IFS and expressive therapies was very effective. Skye was very generous, giving me articles to read and helpful podcasts to listen to. I gained useful practical tools to help me navigate and regulate myself between sessions. I would highly recommend Skye."

‘Our work as therapists and healers is to see that, what Thomas Merton called the “secret beauty,” the capacity of a person to become the witness to the dance of their life and to trust that there is a well-being in them, a goodness in them, behind all the dramas that they identify with and get caught up with.’
